Summary of the issue you are facing:

the server seems to be working fine and I am able to upload/download and view files remotely without issues. So unsure why this error is thrown frequently.

Please provide the log entries from your Nextcloud log that are generated during the time of problem (via the Copy raw option from Administration settings->Logging screen or from your nextcloud.log located in your data directory). Feel free to use a pastebin/gist service if necessary.

As the template says, please post the full raw log entry / entries.

Also you seem to have overlooked including your configuration and app list (how to do so is described in the support template).

Is it always ///Readme.md files or others as well?
