Information in the shared folder within the program is not syncing. Therefore, other users cannot see new information in the shared folder. A week ago, we freed up space on the server and cleared the NextCloud trash because the server capacity was full. People can see the files, but we’re having syncing issues. My knowledge of NextCloud is limited. The colleague who did this work has passed away. Therefore, we’ve been left with this task, and our client is currently experiencing significant problems.
