Files have been deleted from NextCloud by the system

Hello,

I realized that some files on the platform had disappeared. They do not appear in deleted files or in the folder activity. These files have not been deleted by a user. they seem to have disappeared (system bug? other problem?).
And there is no expiration date defined for shared folders.

Could you help me understand why these files have disappeared?

Nextcloud usually doesn’t delete files on its but to be able to help you analyzing the issue, please fill in the Support Template first, provide DETAILED information about your environment, how your set-up looks like and why you are believing that Nextcloud is responsible for the deletion.
