Feature Request: Change the Calender View to a customized one

Hey there,
i want to change my calendar view to a spezific one but cannot find a good start. I want to see all selected calenders on the first top row from left to right. on the second row from left top to left bottom i want to see the days of the spezific month. After that i want to display all actions of this day in one cell.

I hope u can understand my requirement. This is the idea:

I’m deploying NextCloud in an office with about 20 employees. They would like to have all staff that have appointments with clients share their appointment calendar with the “Front Desk” account. I’ve set up the sharing so the information flows to the Front Desk as required, however the problem is that with the number of staff and appointments overwhelms the display.
