Error con servidor integrado de collabora al configurar y establecer conección

Tengo el siguiente error que noencuentro solución en ningun lado:

Could not establish connection to the Collabora Online server.
Failed to connect to the remote server: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5002 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for http://misitio.com/app/CLOUD/apps/richdocumentscode/proxy.php?req=/hosting/discovery

He tratado varias soluciones pero no me han funcionado, aparte todas son para utilizar docker.

Instale nextcloud por medio de mi web server con softaculous, estaba integrado en las apps disponible en el servidor

Estaba viendo unas soluciones que es pormedio de collabora de obtener un servidor gratis (no versión demo), no hay documentación al respecto en los foros oficiales, alguien ha utilizado esa solución?

please review the Collabora integration guide the first problem you hit seems to be the CODE is not reachable - at least for me not the expected XML document but a provider website advertising the domain shows when checking http://misitio.com/app/CLOUD/apps/richdocumentscode/proxy.php?req=/hosting/discovery the use of plain http:// is discouraged as well

he revisado la guia de integracion y no hay información que me ayude a resolver el problema, toda la información solo hace referencia a errores con docker y no estoy utilizando docker
