Hi Everyone,
I found several Info to this topic at github and this forum, some of them are closed (and solved), some of them opened.
So I do not have a real overview if it should already work or not.
I have the actual NC-Version Nextcloud Hub 9 (30.0.1)
I’m using OnlyOffice 8.1.3 as Docker Image
OnlyOffice App 9.5.0
Apache 2.4, PHP8.3 and MariaDB 10.
Using and Sharing a Document on an external FileShare works fine with my user and any other NC-User.
I have shared the same document with an external link to guests / non NC-User.
I’m pretty sure it was possible to edit this document in the past but since months it’s no longer possible, I just can download the document as external user.
It does not matter if the File is on an external share or in the NC-Storage.
I found some Fixes for/with NC25 but as I’m using the latest NC-Version, I think theses fixes are already added.
Has someone a hint for me? Should this work? May I have an Config-Error on my site?
there is no issue, in my NC 30.0.1 with CODE 24.04.9.1.1 it works, I even can edit the docs collaboratively. Maybe the most important hint - one have to share anonymous link with “edit” rights which is not the case by default (sorry I’m to lazy to switch to English for a screenshot )
Hi,
thank you for your quick answer. German is OK, my NC is running in German
I understand that you are using Collabora, I think the issue is with onlyoffice.
I tried to change to Collabora before, but i didn’t get it to work (did not open any document) without investing a lot of time now.
I found my topic here
or here
And here
What should already been fixed here
Which for me means that this problem should actually be solved
So I wonder if the problem is on my configuration but I have no idea how to analyze it.
Perhaps I should spent more time to try CODE again…
