I wanted to install Nextcloud but the ZIP file of version 30.0.3 is not operational.

Can you correct the error please.

sometimes it can happen that things written on the forum for everybody to see are meant for you…
try 28.0.13 and 30.0.3 withdrawn - maybe that’s the reason why-.

Sorry for the message but I did the installation via plesk which did not work. I followed the error link and then went to the latest releases and version 30.0.3 existed!
So I deduced that this version was valid. Why not point the link to the previous version that works?

That would be a bad idea, imho. A link with an explicit version number in it should never point to another version. So if the specific version in the link does not exist, or no longer exists, I do expect it to fail, and not just download some other version.
You can use the following links instead, which always link to the latest version available, and will get you 30.0.2 at the moment:
Latest:
https://download.nextcloud.com/server/releases/latest.zip
Latest-30:
https://download.nextcloud.com/server/releases/latest-30.zip
