28.0.13 and 30.0.3 withdrawn

Due to a regression in creating multiple share links we had to pull NC 28.0.13 and 30.0.3 from the download server. Updates to this version are not proposed anymore. We will follow up with a hot fix release asap.

Oh, I have already upgraded. I always upgrade first my backup machine to see big problems beforehand. I did not notice. I made some basic tests and cannot find a problem.
Are we talking about this issue: [Bug]: 30.0.3 share link completely broken · Issue #49678 · nextcloud/server · GitHub or [Bug]: Create share link not possible if default expiry date is set (regression, NC 30.0.3rc2) · Issue #49607 · nextcloud/server · GitHub respectively?
So as I did not have set those admin settings, that is maybe the reason.

Yes, 29 did not receive the relevant backport.

So upgrading from yesterday’s 28.0.13 to 29.0.10 would be a fix?

In my opinion when the enforcing of passwords and expiry dates is deactivated there is no further critical issue if the user carefully ready possible error messages before they vanish.
I posted my testing results to the bugs mentioned above.

No upgrade to v29.0.10 is available when v28.0.13 is installed :cry:

When I upgraded to 28.0.13 I was offered the upgrade to 29.0.10. Why was this withdrawn if 29.0.10 is good?

I don’t think it was withrawn, because unlike 28.0.13 and 30.0.3, 29.0.10 is still available as a download: Index of /server/releases.

Unfortunately, I don’t know why the updater doesn’t offer the update to 29.0.10 (anymore)

Will be this hotfix available for Plesk?

as far as I know the Plesk-routines are made by Plesk and its community. So maybe they would know the answer to your question for sure.
From my PoV I think it’ll get ported to Plesk as well as they are very active.

Yes 30.0.4 is officially released and out now. I upgraded right away.
