Summary of the issue you are facing:

I use Nextcloud-AIO and would like to deactivate the daily Borg backup.

I have a lot of images on my Nextcloud that I’m currently having indexed by recognition. This will probably take a week. However, processing is interrupted every night by the backup, so I want to deactivate it.

My backup was already configured, runs at 4:00 AM, and is finished around 5:00 AM. In the documentation I found out how to filter out the section, and I read in a other post that the grayed-out default value “04:00” is just an example, and if this field is empty, no backup will be created.

Can someone explain to me how to disable the daily backup or confirm that leaving the field empty will prevent a backup from being created, even if the backup was already configured?
