The 04:00 pre-filled value (?) can be selected and deleted. The 04:00 then becomes grey and can’t be selected anymore:
If I know press Submit backup time I get an error message saying The daily backup time must not be empty!.
How do I know the status of the daily backup? Is it enabled for 04:00 since I can select the 04:00 and delete it? If it is enabled how do I disable the automatic backup at 04:00? If it is not enabled, how am I able to tell apart having a backup enabled at 04:00 and having automatic backups disabled?
automatic update
Automatically update all containers, the mastercontainer and on saturdays your Nextcloud apps is checked.
If I uncheck the option and reload the tab in firefox the option is checked again.
I can’t find any submit to send the unchecking of that option.
I think I clicked once with the pre-filled value when I tried to disable Automatically update all containers, the mastercontainer and on saturdays your Nextcloud apps and the checkmark returned on each reload of the page.

But the phrasing in the description By entering a time below, you can enable daily backups. isn’t followed by any information on how to disable the backups if they had been enabled before.
imho the button Submit backup time is mislabeled: the label should reflect the fact that the button does not only submit the backup time, but also the settings of the checkmarks below. I’m not a gui guy - my proposal would be Submit backup settings.
Also: the description above the Disable or change daily backups button should not only show what is enabled and for when, it should also show what had been disabled:
