Hi, I looked already through the posts below and I have the incompatible Intel UHD 620 graphics card (which can cause continous client crashes) as well. However, overall the syncing works but when it approaches syncing my external hard drive, it crashes.
There’s nothing unusual in the client logs.
Anybody an idea what the issue here is?
On a Windows 11 machine I’ve installed Nextcloud client 3.8.0 using it with the third party cloud service Aruba Drive.
All was working fine until I decided to change the synch folder from the “original” one to another. From then on, the client crashes immediately when trying to open it.
I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall the client, but this can’t solve the issue.
I’ve searched the knowledge base here but none of formes cases seems to give me a solution.
Thanks for any help.
Hi guys,
I’ve got a problem with a nextcloud client on Windows 10 1607, which wont start. After starting the client the crash reporter pops up. Nextcloud Client version is 2.3.3.1, Nextcloud Server version is 13.0.4.
I could get some logs from the Nextcloud client, but I dont get much Informatioon from it.
I am having the same issue. One Laptop running Win11 works fine, other running Win10 does not. trying to sync the same Data. I broke down my sync’s into separate Folder Connections. All work except for My Documents. As soon as the sync starts, the client crashes.
only thing that shows up in the logs is:
