Data and App Migration from Nextcloud Version 29 to 31 installed on Webspace

Hi,
I have a running private Nextcloud 29 on my webspace at a local ISP.
I want to update to version 31. But Webupdater doesnt work.
I tried to do Manual Upgrade with Shared Hosting/Webhosting
But it did not work for me.
Now I have installed version 31 also on my Webspace in different folder and want to move all my functions and data to the 31 version.
How could I do this?
My plan is:

  • to activate and install all apps used in my old version.
  • copy config.php from old version
  • connect data folder (how do I change this in the new 31 version settings?)
