Connection Closed Error message

Hello dear people,
I am currently looking for a feasible solution (even for ‘non-professionals’ like me) to a ‘Connection Closed’ problem. When I search on the topic, I find unsolved posts for several years. I hope that I will be spared this :wink:

The following situation:

the URL for the Nextcloud has been given extra HSTS enabled and a max-age value of 15552000 seconds (instead of the default 600,000) (if that’s relevant…).

  • Installation of NC 29.0.2 with the software installation routine from All-Inkl. on webspace from ‘All-Inkl.com’.
  • Update to NC 30.0.5.
  • Then created a user without admin.
  • Then connected to this user on my MacBook (Client 3.15.3).
  • In the Finder, shovelled data into the NextCloud folder bit by bit (nothing over 500 MB per folder).
  • Some files are now uploaded correctly. But then the message appears that some data could not be uploaded because of ‘Connection Closed’.
  • These files are then also not online (check via browser access…)
  • The folder for which I have now noticed this contains an umlaut in the folder/file name (if this could be of any significance…).

…what can I do?
