Collabora not open files after upgrade to 35.x and richdocuments 12.0.0

Hi,

after upgrade from nc 34.x latest to 35.x and richdocuments 12.0.0 collabora do not open files anymore. All coolwsd settings are unchanged, also reverse proxy settings. Con anyone here confirm?

I have a test instance with Nextcloud 35, and Collabora works fine with the collabora/code:latest Docker container, so it’s definitely not a general issue with Nextcloud 35 or richdocuments 12.0.0.

However, there was a relatively recent change for which you may need to adjust your reverse proxy configuration: Important changes regarding Collabora COOL/CODE 26.04.

If that doesn’t help, I’m afraid we would need more information about your setup in order to be able to help you any further.

I can confirm as well, that Collabora still works with Nextcloud 35 and also recommend to check the reverse proxy setup which may need an update.

Thanks, will have a deeper look. But latest working config was with 34.x. and 26.x collabora. Courios…

In my case after a manual update to Nextcloud 35 collabora did also not open files anymore.

I then noticed that a new app Office (v1.0.0) additionaly to Nextcloud Office (Collabora) was enabled. After disabling Office, collabora is working again as it should.

Thanks for your hints, in most cases the error is in front of the keyboard…
