Thanks a lot for the detailed article, just so sad Collabora is made by a so bad company (wanted to buy a licence of it but their conditions are abusive 
PS: Do you have a link with Collabora company ? as Iām quite surprised to notice you are the guy that closed a subject I had opened about Collabora company and their abusive commercial practicesā¦

I have no relations with Collabora online and donāt know their license term and donāt know why this should be abusive. On the very first look it sounds reasonable for meā¦ at the end everybody has to pay the bills. There was bad move adding a nag screen quite a long time ago Office: Alternatives since Collabora introduced nagware with possibility to track users but after constructive discussions everything is good for SOHO installations AFAIK.
But I would recommend to ask in the Collabora forum where this questions is definitely better placed as this one is focused on Nextcloud.
