I just increased the storage capacity of my VPS. I went from 80 GB to 160 GB.
Iām still getting the message

I suppose so. I mean, I donāt use OVH myself, but I assume they wouldnāt have written an entire guide about it if it werenāt necessary! By the way, hereās the working link: Repartitioning a VPS after a storage upgrade - OVHcloud Documentation Yours is returning a 404.
I donāt know if the internal server error is related, it could be if the storage is completely full, but it could also be something else. I suggest you continue this discussion in your other thread in case you still get the error after following OVHās guide.
Oh, and make sure you have a backup and/or a snapshot of your VPS before you try anything.
