If I click on Open Nextcloud Desktop nothing happens. But the settings are available:

Installed the just fedora package installing Nextcloud Desktop Client Version 4.0.7daily (Fedora).
The problem is gone.
(although the UI is slightly different in 4.0.7 compared to 33.0.0
