Can't login to new Nextcloud installation

I recently re-installed Nextcloud on my Truenas scale server but whenever I try to log in to the web interface I get this error message:
Error while trying to create admin account: An exception occurred in the driver: SQLSTATE[08006] [7] connection to server at “nextcloud-postgres” (172.17.19.3), port 5432 failed: FATAL: password authentication failed for user “nextcloud”
I have tried doing as fresh an install as possible, but I still can’t get it to work

System specs:
CPU: Ryzen 3 3100
RAM: 16 GiB DDR4

Steps to replicate it

1. Install Nextcloud on Truenas Server
2. Open web portal in the apps section of the Truenas Server
3. Can’t log in to Nextcloud Admin account
