Cannot setup Google Drive on NextCloud

I am following the instructions here:

I have created oAuth 2.0 Credentials in the developer console many times and this seems pretty standard. I am following the instructions and setup my redirect URIs just like the NextCloud guide.

When trying to connect I am getting:

I was getting this same error until I added a Privacy policy URL in the OAuth consent screen. I believe this was optional at one time. I simply made a quick page, https://mydomain/privacy.html, with a comment about privacy.

Another issue that got me was the leading and trailing white space on the credentials when I copied it.
