Nextcloud version : 20.0.5 Operating system and version: Debian 10.7 Apache: Apache 2.4.38 PHP version: 7.3.19-1 Same issue here. After manual NC update from 20.0.4 to 20.0.5 (download from Changelog – Nextcloud) TOTP app is missing in 20.0.5.
