When I upgraded to version 30 through version 27, in the file list view, if there are too many files, clicking the file’s “Details” button does not display the “Rename” option or the option to open PDF with “OnlyOffice.”

Apart from that: did you upgrade from 27 to 28, 20 and then 30? Or did you try to skip major versions in between?
Are there any setup messages left in your admin.account?
Did you also make the adjustments required in the Critical Changes section of the Admin Manual when you bumped to>=28?
Please check Admin settings->Overview and address the warnings or errors.
Thank you for your reply, I am directly using the v30 Docker version, and I am still encountering this issue.
Running one of the images doesn’t change my response. There are various images. For example, when using the FPM based images means you’re often handling your own Nginx configuration. Though we’re just speculating because we don’t even know which image you’re using.
We also made two other suggestions.
- Check Admin settings->Overview for any warnings or errors.
- Fill out the support template.
