Automatic file deletion (Retention) is not working

Hello.
Sorry if there are any mistakes in the translation.
We are using Nextcloud 29.0.8, not Docker.
I am using Retention (1.18.0) and the files are not deleted according to the deadline I set.
We are using Files Automated tagging (1.19.0) and the tagging seems to be working.
I tried deleting a file tagged remove(invisible) in 2 days, but the file deletion was not executed even though the file was tagged.
I also checked the Nextcloud log and nothing is output.
Do you have any perspective or cause in mind that we should check?

Afaik, automatic deletion is usually done in the background, therefore you should check if the cronjob is correctly configured and executed on a regular base.
