APT package upgrades for NextcloudPi

Hi,

I would like to know if the occasional sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade -y is advisable on a NextcloudPi installation. Will it break dependencies or anything to do with my NCP?

It’s not recommended.
It will break your instance in the most cases.
Please use the update section in ncp or even the autoupdate.
