After upgrading to the latest container I am know longer able to create or upload photos

I can no longer create or upload photos using the Photos app.
Photos —> Add → Create new Album

I get the following error message:

Failed to create /photos/admin/albums/nameofalbum

When selecting the “photos” option from the menu, I am no longer seeing any of the uploaded photos or albums from the past either.

I believe this started happening after upgrading to the latest container. I never had an issue with this before.

Would this be a permission setting?
