Summary of the issue you are facing:

I have Nextcloud AIO with Nextcloud Office / Collabora running very smoothly, thanks a lot for that!

But if I try to add LanguageTool for Collabora, following this guide ( all-in-one/community-containers/languagetool at main · nextcloud/all-in-one · GitHub ), spellchecking slows down to make it almost unusable.

Removing LanguageTool again speeds things up to normal.
