Nextcloud

Please provide the log entries from your Nextcloud log that are generated during the time of problem (via the Copy raw option from Administration settings->Logging screen or from your nextcloud.log located in your data directory). Feel free to use a pastebin/gist service if necessary.

### Tips for increasing the likelihood of a response

* Use the `preformatted text` formatting option in the editor for all log entries and configuration output.
* If screenshots are useful, feel free to include them. 
  - If possible, also include key error output in text form so it can be searched for.
* Try to edit log output only minimally (if at all) so that it can be ran through analyzers / formatters by those trying to help you.

Do you use the app zipstreamer? Maybe you can better use an app from the appstore e.g. Zipper. Zipper is working in the background.

I don’t use either. But if you want to keep your programme.

Maybe you can update to Ubuntu 24.04 LTS with the newer PHP 8.3 and the problem will be solved. Sooner or later you’ll have to switch anyway. Nextcloud 31 Requirements

The error may be related to a problem with the tmp directory. Perhaps an authorisation is missing. You can specify a tmp directory manually within Nextcloud. You can also search in this direction.

Thanks for the reply, I don’t think I use Zipstreamer? I’m sure it does something in my setup but Im not 100%, Primarily using Nextcloud as an ftp site for files and documents to big to email. Although I have those errors, I have not been told of any issues by anyone downloading documents.

I had issues with 24.04 when I originally tried installing Nextcloud so i reverted back and reinstalled. This is the least amount of errors Ive had so Im reluctant to mess with anything unless its not working.

Was hoping this was a common error and someone would know a quick fix

And your logs?

Can you search “zip” or “deep” in your Nextcloud GUI app list?

Deepdiver and ZipStreamer are not listed in my “Your apps” from the GUI, i don’t see a search feature.
