i search for this issue and i found this thread

but it is not helpfully for me.

I have the same issue. Only i have moved the storage path and now i become a message
“wrong private key for encryption-app”.
So, now i go to my settings → Security and look for the wrong password. I saw this baseencryption password and i would like to create a new one. But it doesn’t work.

Please can anyone help me?

Maybe there is one solution in it for you. But note, moving a data directory after installation is not supported.
