I open a folder with pictures in the Web interface.
The order of files is set to “name”.
When I click on a picturefile the pictureviewer starts.
Then I go through the pictures with the arrow key.
The order of the shown pictures didn’t match to the filename. They are mostly unsorted.
Is there a option to set a given order, mainly by filename?

Try to open the folder in Photos app.
If the pictures “order” appears to be the same as you have experienced - you got hit by the unpleasant feature that Photos app sorts pictures by file “modified” date. (It does not use EXIF “taken date” or file name sort order…).
P.S. I use Memories App instead.
