Hello,
while I looked in my new Nextcloudpi (Debian 10, Nextcloud 20.0.11) I found ja IP address (config.php, trusted domains) which I don’t know:

Nevertheless, if you don’t know about that IP address it’s advised to check your server for signs of intrusion, especially around SSH. For more information you should tell us more about the kind of installation of your Nextcloud, the hoster (if hosted somewhere) etc.
