Version 4.3 here. The tray icon on windows went back to the blue one with a tiny checkmark. The big green checked icon was more helpfull to signal successfull sync. Was this changed on purpose? On Linux/Budgie it is a big green checked icon

### Bug description
The new nextcloud icon is too small on MacOS in the tool bar.
Specifically when sync is in progress there is only a very tiny circle.
### Steps to reproduce
Install 4.0.0 on MacOS
### Expected behavior
A larger visible indication that sync is in progress.
Maybe spin the default icon?

Follow-up to #8729
Fixes #8916
This should distinguish the different state⦠s more clearly but keep some branding to be able to easily recognize the icon in the normal states.

so it should be clearer visible if the status is not ok. Try to sync something, pause the sync, so you can see if you can easily spot the difference.
Iād expect it to be a bit similar, which version are you using on Linux?
