Windows support for NextCloud server

Hello,

I tried looking up why the Windows server support stopped but I failed

If it is because of POSIX I could help

Will you accept implementation in php.dotnet or php.ffi ?

Back in 2015 the decision has been made:

OK. Read the post and the main argument is no longer valid.
PHP 8.x series work just fine as x64 binaries. Apart from the very few POSIX functions used I see no other reason for the lack of support.
Given I spent like 30 minutes looking. thus my post.

This is about the core code, am I right?

I guess, the Nextcloud core team would take the decision especially as they would approve and maintain it.
