Windows Server 2012 R2 & client version 3.2.1

I am not able to install Nextcloud-3.2.1-x64.msi on Windows Server 2012 R2.
Error message:
This application only run on Windows 10, version 1709 or higher!

most likely a bug report on github results in faster solution. This handle Server 2016 but looks pretty similar.
