Windows Desktop files renaming issue

When you copy, move a file or create a folder, I can’t rename it directly because the file is named back. If I create a folder and type in the name there are always two folder afterwards: the folder I created and a “New Folder” folder

I use the latest windows client but it happens for a while now.
