I do have issues with one user with Windows machine. Windows client on that machine very frequently hangs with “Checking folder changes”. It does not recover from that and user cannot work anymore as client stops downloading files and doing its main job.
I have no idea, what is wrong as I do not see anything wrong in server logs. I am not sure if there are local logs. It is really making me mad as she calls me several times a day because of this issue. Now we reboot PC, it works for a while and it starts again.
I tried to delete local DB files to recreate DB. It did not help. Other users with identical permissions have no problems (windows systems as well). I am not even sure where the system fails as there are external folders (external files) that are synced and also user files.
Any help is appreciated as I have no more ideas what to do.

NC version: 31.0.4
P.S. This issue was present and with NC v30. I then update to v31 and it still was present.
P.P.S. User has been using NC for a few months without this issue (however with other issues), but after one file conflict this started happening. Conflict is no longer present, but… after solving that, this sync issue occurs.
