Each time an update for the Windows client is installed, a Nextcloud shortcut is put on my desktop, which I then have to remove (this requires administration rights, so I have to type in my password again).
To remedy this problem, either
the update prompt should offer a choice to add the desktop shortcut or not,
or
the installation process should check whether there already is a shortcut on the desktop and if not, refrain from adding it.

### Feature description
Everytime an update is beeing installed I face a new shortcut on my desktop. Since I like my desktop clean and doesn't understand at all why every program wants to place a shortcut there, I find it very annoying to have to delete it everytime again. Therefore I'd like to suggest to not create a shortcut if there was none before. Like that you can update it for people who want a shortcut and don't annoy people who like it clean.
