Windows client not showing updates

it appears that we do not get informed if there is a newer version of the NC client for Windows is available. The suspicion is, that the “Do not remind me again” box was ticked. Is there a way to “untick”. I wonder about some sort of registry-hack maybe?
This is on behalf of a colleague - I don’t run Windows nor the client, so any further request will be slowed down due to “Chinese whispers”.

If this is not be possible to solve, so be it.
