Windows-App is not possible to connect anymore (even after multiple times reinstall)

Hi,

i host my own nextcloud and use the Windows app for Syncing. After Upgrading my windows 11 the doesnt’ sync anymore. I think its the last windows 11 Update to the actual Version. Does anyone has the same issue?
I get the following error:

It trys always to connect to my cloud (it would be good, but always with the error )

A reinstall as i said is not working. Also a repair is not. Is there a clean repair of the Registry also? and where is the information stored?

I have started having exactly the same error on a setup which up to now has been working perfectly… Something has changed. I cannot confirm that it is associated with a Windows update.
