I noticed the problem while try to opening a Picture. Can not say, if the update of nextcloud (one step from 19.0.3 to 19.0.4) and postgre database stands in context.
Steps to replicate it:
Every time. Changes made in the past: Update nextcloud (19.0.3 to 19.0.4) and update postgres database from Version 11 to 12.
