White labeling nextcloud app

Hello, I would like to ask several question about white labeling nextcloud

  1. Is that legal I’m custom my theme & change logo and app name and serving to my company as a internal services or to other company as internal their services ?

  2. What different I have nextcloud enterprise in my on premise server ?

What i know / think:

  1. Yes it is, as long as you don’t use the nextcloud protected trademarks (nextcloud logo for example). And you have to follow the license regulations of GNU AGPLv3, like you have to publish the source code.

  2. I guess the main difference is getting support from Nextcloud GmbH.
