more convenient than what? This forums?

Well I guess it depends on what kind of interaction you are looking for. For a quick question that can be answered in one sentence, you might be right. But for more in-depth discussions or for support questions, Instagram certainly isn’t suitable.

Also many users, such as myself, are using Nextcloud to get back control over their data. I can only speak for myself, but I will certainly not use any services operated by Meta / Facebook in order to answer other user’s questions, just because it is more convenient for them.
