When I restart the computer how to turn on nextcloud?

I have already install the nextcloud. When I reboot computer the nextcloud do not start.

I use ubuntu. But I don’t know linux.

I use nextcloud 12.0.0

And other problem is when I set default language to zh, is will automatically change to English.

Now when I input ip/nextcloud , it go to a blank page
