I get this error again and again and I would like to know which user is facing imap Authentication failure in order to help him/her and solve this recurring issue.

If you look at the full exception generated it may (should?) have sufficient details. I can’t generate one on-demand to confirm, but the code appears log the full exception alongside that warning message. What does the rest of the log entry say? (not sure what version of Nextcloud you’re on, but it’ll certainly be in the log file itself, or in the Web UI you can open up the details to see it).
