Hi everybody,
I’ve been a long term user of Evernote then Onenote, but turned down those solultions due to their impossibilities to store your files on your own location.
I’m now looking for a Notes software replacement that will nicely integrate with Nextcloud. So far, Joplin seems to be doing the job…but I’m not quit happy with it…
Would you have other Note software to suggest (with a Desktop Windows version) ?

I simply use Markdown Files in combination with Notes - Apps - App Store - Nextcloud and https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=it.niedermann.owncloud.notes. The files are also synced to the desktop computer via the Nextcloud Desktop Client. For editing them on the desktop I use mainly https://typora.io/, but you can use whatever markdown editor you like.
Initially I started with Notes/QOwnNotes but found this is pretty limited when it comes to attachments (images). For me Joplin is the best Onenote replacement so far. It’s not perfect - especially (PowerShell) code fragments in the notes are problematic - but I didn’t found better application so far. With Nextcloud it brings the drawback that it pollutes your activity with frequent updates - most likely the Joplin server is better suited for the app rather Nextcloud…
