What is Nextcloud Office exactly?

Hi,

just want to know what is this nextcloud office in nextcloud hub 3 and how do i enable it on the snap version? So far the videos and text i found is quite old… the last thread i found is afew months ago which indicates it might just be a rebranding of collabora, is this true? If so, would the limits of 10 documents still apply?
I alone keep dozens of documents open concurrently as a bad habit so it will not be very usable if such a limit would apply…

Basically speaking Nextcloud “Office” is an integration of 3rd party office/collaboration suite within Nextcloud web interface (using WOPI protocol and Nextcloud app “richdocuments”). There are multiple options like Collabora COOL/CODE, OnlyOffice, M365 etc… there have been different preferences in the past but now it looks like Collabora is preferred…
