NC 11.0.1 on Ubuntu 16.04 x64, 2 GB RAM, 1 GB swap

In my example, user2 has uploaded 500GB+ (150.000+ files) of data to NC.
It’s no more possible to index the files of that user. The load of the server goes up to 50 or more and after a while the process will be killed.
In the root files-directory of that user is a .noindex file

At the moment, the app is not useable anymore.
What can i do to use the app properly again?
How can i exclude certain folders from indexing?
