if app is active, KNOWN bugs and her “status” will be displayed by “mouse over_problem”.
admin can set for public visible or only for admins/moderators… to see… / to set in the mouse over from a problem by admin_onclick…
so this helps on ALL sides…
it reduce double posts and questions so less support work here…
also it shows direct to the user “oh cool thy are BY fixing”…
and it helps to de_confuse admins thy think to be a hairdresser and searching problems by her side…
The reason why it doesn’t show the current time is that it is supposed to be a forecast. But you are not the only one who got irritated by this, which is why they apparently are changing it with NC24.
yess so less people can belief that a soft app or system have problems with display a correct time… 
by the way perhaps user can take her favorite ??
