We are excited to officially announce this year’s Nextcloud Community Conference and Contributor Week!

The Nextcloud Community Conference 2025 is happening again this September, and we’d love to see you there.
Nextcloud Community Conference: September 27-28
Contributor Week: September 29-October 2
Location: bUm, Berlin - Germany, on-site only
Whether you’re contributing code, using Nextcloud at home, or simply curious about open tech, this is your space — a space where digital freedom, transparency, and community-driven innovation matter.
This year our theme remains the same:
Building a safer digital world – together!
The conversations we had last year are just as relevant now. Whether you’re contributing code, using Nextcloud at home, or just interested in open tech, this is your space.
What’s happening:
- Inspiring talks and special Nextcloud announcements
- Technical workshops and hackathons
- Lightning talks and hands-on sessions
- Project deep dives and collaboration time
- A community evening to unwind and connect
This is an in-person-only event. We believe the best conversations and collaborations happen face to face – and we’d love to have you in the room.

Tickets are just €10, which helps us reduce waste, prepare responsibly, and ensure a great experience for everyone who truly plans to join. As a thank-you, you’ll receive an exclusive Nextcloud tote bag and a T-shirt at check-in.
We can’t wait to see you there and continue building a safer digital world together!
Please note that the last quarter of the year is a busy one in Berlin. We try our best to avoid overlap with major events happening in the city, but there’s major events every day in Berlin so we recommend you to plan ahead, and book sooner rather than later!
