I get the warning message “The document could not be saved.” when opening documents on onlyoffice.
Our system consists of two nextcloud(v.24) installed with docker on two different hosts to form a cluster. They share the same data and apps folders with SFS.
I also use Nginx as LBS for this cluster. When two persons (one on nextcloud01, the other on nextcloud02) share and edit a document on onlyoffice, the person on ap02 enters the editor first, the warning would pop up. However, if the person on ap01 enters first, both of them receive no warning.
Also if the two persons directly access the nextcloud cluster without LBS, the problem would not occur.
