Getting help

In order to help you as efficiently (and quickly!) as possible, please fill in as much of the below requested information as you can.

Before clicking submit: Please check if your query is already addressed via the following resources:

(Utilizing these existing resources is typically faster. It also helps reduce the load on our generous volunteers while elevating the signal to noise ratio of the forums otherwise arising from the same queries being posted repeatedly).

Some or all of the below information will be requested if it isn’t supplied; for fastest response please provide as much as you can.

Summary of the issue you are facing:

I use mariadb 11.4. Sorry I know recommended is a lower version 10.x, hope thats not the issue. I was afraid of downgrading after my watchtower instance updated the container.
I am getting a long list of wrong row format errors and dont know how to adapt them.

Steps to replicate it (hint: details matter!):

  1. Update instance

Indeed thank you. There is a script here to overcome the issue:

It happends only for long-term nextcloud user as it seems.

Only issue is that i now see some error messages:

Exception dirty table reads: SELECT `filecache`.`fileid`, `storage`, `path`, `path_hash`, `filecache`.`parent`, `filecache`.`name`, `mimetype`, `mimepart`, `size`, `mtime`, `storage_mtime`, `encrypted`, `filecache`.`etag`, `filecache`.`permissions`, `checksum`, `unencrypted_size`, `metadata_etag`, `creation_time`, `upload_time`, `meta`.`json` AS `meta_json`, `meta`.`sync_token` AS `meta_sync_token` FROM `*PREFIX*filecache` `filecache` LEFT JOIN `*PREFIX*filecache_extended` `fe` ON `filecache`.`fileid` = `fe`.`fileid` LEFT JOIN `*PREFIX*files_metadata` `meta` ON `filecache`.`fileid` = `meta`.`file_id` WHERE (`path_hash` = :dcValue1) AND (`storage` = :dcValue2)

No clue if this is related.

No, it is not related. Have you used the search function of the forum to find an answer? I found at least one within seconds:

Yes thanks, found that also.

I did already a scan overnight yesterday.
The other function I have also run multiple times today and yesterday. No issue reported during the run.

Will do the scan again overnight then.
