I am looking for Web hosting providers that fully implement Hardening and security guidanceā€™s recommendations like read access to /dev/urandom and enabled hardening modules such as SELinux.
More broadly, Web hosting known for their (well configured) logical security.

Hosting refers to buy a ā€œnakedā€ Web hosting (i.e OVH, Gandi, etc). Then I install and configure on my own NC.
The post is related to the setting we do not have access to because of being a shared web hosting.

You need a VPS or dedicated server where you have no restriction, which allows you apply proper OS level hardening yourself. If you go with shared web hosting, than though requirement will be restricted.
